By creating an account or using syncup, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What syncup does

syncup connects to your Git provider with read-only access and generates spoken-style standups and summaries from your commit history. Generated text is produced by an AI model and may contain errors.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account; disposable-email and automated mass sign-ups are not allowed.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to circumvent the limits or security of the service, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Plans & billing

• Free includes 5 lifetime script generations at full quality.
• Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or annual), billed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
• You can cancel anytime; Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with notice; changes never affect the period you've already paid for.

Your content

You own your commit data and the scripts syncup generates for you. We claim no ownership over them and only process them to provide the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." AI-generated summaries may be inaccurate or incomplete — review them before sharing. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, syncup isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
